Unable to select LDG under balance definitions using custom role

Summary:

Hi Team,

We have created custom roles by copying Payroll Manager seeded role and LDG is not available under drop down for Balance Definitions and Vacation Liability Rate Definitions.

We have added the privilege for Manage Payroll Balance Definitions and Rate Definitions.
