How to report on personal payment method & bank account for terminated employees

Summary:

We sometimes make payments after termination, and need to be able to report on payment methods and bank accounts details for terminated employees. Currently we are able to report on active employees via "Payroll - Personal Payment Details Real Time" but this does not include leavers.
