Supplier Registration - can multiple Qualification evaluators be defined for a Qualification area?

We are using a Questionnaire during External Supplier Registration.

Question 1 »

Are the Qualification Owners defined in the Qualification Areas referenced in the ruleset, the same as Evaluators?

Can the Evaluators be different from the Qualification Owners?

Can there be multiple evaluators for a Qualification?

Reason is that the rest of the non-SQM supplier registration has the ability to have multiple approvers with Consensus / First Responder Wins for other details like addresses, contacts, bank accounts, etc. But when it comes to Qualification Questionnaire, there can be only 1 evaluator per Qualification?
