Emails not being sent for Extended Job offers for Direct Appointments

Hi Experts,
We’re experiencing an issue in for candidates under the Direct Appointment recruitment type.
The offer is being extended, but it’s not appearing in the candidate’s Messages tab, and no email is being sent.
We have SMS enabled but not on offer letters and all our candidates must apply through an email notification of the job offer.
Here’s what we’ve checked so far:
- The Candidate Selection Process (CSP) includes the Extend Job Offer action.
- The job offer templates are active.
- A new CSP was created by the Recruitment Admin specifically for Direct Appointment. So I'm wondering if there’s a configuration setting we missed—perhaps something simple like a tick box that disables notifications
