Update Default column under Job Requisition List for all Hiring Manager

Hello Everyone,

I understand the the user can control to show which column under the List of Job Requisition.

However, is there any possibility to set default column for all Hiring Manager and all Recruiter, as we would like to hide 2 of the column for the Hiring Manager.

• Requisition Title
• Requisition Number
• Requisition Status
• Phase
• State
• New Applications (Skip for Hiring Manager)
• Applications (Skip for Hiring Manager)
• Prospects (Skip for Hiring Manager)
• Hiring Manager
• Recruiter
• Location

Does anyone has any idea on it?
