25C Feature Automated Feedback Requests are only score questionaire can be used

Summary:

Hello Team,

As titled while testing the new feature to automate feedback request, i created a new questionnaire for the same, but its not a score one

And when go to the CSP and try to select the questionnaire from list of value this new created questionnaire is not shown at all

Are its working only with the score questionnaire?
