Could you please advise how we can send the offer back for redraft once the transfer is completed.

There has been a change in the start date for an internal transfer employee after the transfer entry was processed. When the entry is deleted, the system does not allow us to send the offer back for redraft under the Manage Job Offer tab. Could you please advise how we can send the offer back for redraft once the transfer is completed.
