Leverage the Onboarding Process to Gather Satisfaction Data via Survey
Content
Satisfaction surveys both of new hires and hiring managers can be of significant use when trying to assess the value of the recruitment and onboarding process. New hires can be surveyed immediately to gain insight into their recruitment experience, then again at 20-30 days and at 90 days post-hire to validate how well the onboarding experience is going. A similar survey can also be sent to Hiring Managers to obtain their feedback.
During the onboarding process after the new hire has been in place for around 20 days- send a correspondence with a link to a survey engine where the new employee can supply direct feedback about their recruiting and onboarding experience.
