Absence not being deleted on Timecard after saving Timecard

Summary:

An employee reported that they had entered Absence via Absence Module → TC has Absence on there > Employee decides to delete Absence and then saves TC > Absence is not being deleted from the TC

We are unable to replicate this in a lower environment.

Is anyone else facing this issue?
