Is it feasibile to define a DFF in the Claim Reason setup ?

Summary:

We are looking to link the claim type and claim reason and hence is it possible to define a DFF in the claim type setup

Client is having 60 claim reasons and around 6 claim types to drive 6 different credit memo accounting.

The drawback here is the user has to manualy select the claim type for 60 claim reasons and the users should be knowing the claim type with the correct credit memo account tied to it. There are possibilities of wrong claim type being selected which results in wrong accounting.

Hence we are looking for options to default the correct claim type based on the claim reason selected, For this can we have a DFF defined in the claim reason setup so that for each claim reason we can populate the claim type from the dff ?
