connection to Redwood Experience UI: do you have issue seeing the home page?
Summary:
Since Redwood experience has been launched for our Eloqua Instance, many users cannot access to the Eloqua home page. When they connect, they see a wheel that signifies that the UI is loading, but nothing appears and the screen stays blank. Ween they unclick the "use Redwood Experience" button, they revert to the old UI and have no issues anymore.
This is not an issue with our servers, because most of our users can access Redwood without difficulties. Among 2 users based in the same office, 1 can access and the other cannot access RE.
Did you already face the same situation? How did you solve it ?
