Restricting Candidate Pool Actions and Pool Creation for Recruiters in Oracle Recruiting

In our Oracle Recruiting instance, we are using the Global Talent Community Pool to maintain a central repository of candidates for future opportunities. Currently, recruiters have the ability to perform the following actions on candidates within this pool:

  • Delete Candidate – removes the candidate entirely from the system.
  • Remove Candidate – removes the candidate from the specific pool but keeps them in the system.

Additionally, recruiters currently have the ability to create new candidate pools, which could lead to multiple ungoverned pools being created across the organization
