Approval Notifications (email and bell) Missing After Identity and Access Management
Summary:
All users are no longer receiving email notifications for PO, PA, REQ, Item Changes etc. approvals, nor are they seeing bell notifications. Approvals are only accessible via the Worklist.
We observed this behavior after the Identity and Access Management update. Prior to the update, email notifications were successfully received.

Synchronize Notifications in Global Header job was run, scheduled and completed successfully.
Notification mode is configured to "All".
1. Go to BPM Worklist
2. Click your user name > Administration
3. Open the Application Preferences page and go to the Notifications section
4. For Notifications Mode option select All
