Use an absence code but show another on the payslip and reporting

Summary:

We are splitting our Workers Comp codes into each individual leave code type (Workers Comp Vacation, Workers Comp Sick, etc). We want the Workers Comp Vacation code to reduce the Vacation balance, but appear on the payslip and the PAR as Workers Comp. Is this a balance definitions change?
