Smart action help desk doesn't work - Help Desk Redwood

Hi all,

I noticed that when selecting "assign to me" smart action in the service request smart action tab, it doesn't work and it doesn't trigger any action:

Is there any configuration am I missing?

NB: release 25C , Help Desk in redwood
