Generate offer letter for a direct Contingent worker hire

Hi Team,

We have ended a work relationship for a contingent worker and they are now a pending worker to be an employee from the 13/10/2025.

I need to go in and send them an offer as we are employing them directly. What is the way forward as I cant add them to a requisition as they are not a candidate they are a contingent worker.

Please advise.
