I need your advice to reset mfa (Free tier)

Reset my MFA/2FA for Freetier account

I lost my phone last week. So I don't know my MFA value and can't log into Oracle Cloud right now.

I requested an MFA reset via live chat, but the chat agent asked for my credit card expiration date and the last 4 digits of the card number. Since I didn't know these, I ultimately couldn't reset the MFA.


Someone posted a similar case on the forum. One user suggested they contact their credit card company to ask for the expiration date and last 4 digits of a previously used credit card to reset the MFA.
