Email notification (from Pipeline and Sendmail ) from EPM PODS is getting blocked for some users .

Summary:

Email notification from Pipeline and Sendmail epmautomate is failing/blocked for few users and works for others. The issue started since 2 days . Error message is something like -

Retrieving status...
EPMAT-1:254 4.7.1 - XXXX@yyyy .net is suppressed for sender ocid1.emailsender.oc1.iad.amaaaaaa5ctcnpyamfncqjwmclum3mzoaxnqr3stbsx5j7ezh26t54by3wzq

There is nothing in the Email suppression list on OCI . We have an SR raised with Oracle , but if anyone has faced this and knows a possible solution , would help.
Happening in Prod/Test and across all PODs in our tenancy .
