25C Absence and Entitlements page Create absence in Advanced Mode for Multi Assignment employees

Summary:

Hi Community, post 25C we enabled the Redwood Absences and Entitlements page and noticed we are not able to create an absence e.g. Annual Leave in advanced mode for multiple assignments from an HR Specialist login. Employee is able to do it for themselves.

My Client Groups > Absence > Absences and Entitlements

Query for multi assignment employee > pick the first assignment/person record

Select Absence Type, Start Date, End Date

Click on Show Individual Dates

This only shows the current assignment.

For employees, the same steps will show all the assignments. Same behaviour is seen in Responsive pages too.
