Why certain BICC Public VOs do not support Incremental Load?

Hello Team,

We noticed that certain BICC Public View Objects do not support Incremental Load.

Below are names of some of the VOs and screenshot showing 'Supports Incremental' is greyed out and can't be selected for them

Could you please let us know why is so? Is there any way we can perform incremental load for them?

For example:

FscmTopModelAM.PrcExtractAM.PoBiccExtractAM.PurchasingDocumentDistributionDFFExtractPVO

FscmTopModelAM.PrcExtractAM.PoBiccExtractAM.PurchasingDocumentHeaderDFFExtractPVO
