25C: Collect Responses in Redwood page of Create Campaign

Summary: When we select 'Collect Responses' as the Campaign purpose, there is a field where a question has to be entered. "What do you want to ask?" followed by Responses section. Can I get any guidance on the purpose of it as it's required section.
