Accounting Rule Not Applied for Cash Event Class in Receivables

I’m working on Oracle Fusion Cloud and I’ve encountered an issue regarding an Account Rule I’ve configured.

I created an Account Rule (in Manage Account Rules) to derive Segment 4 of the accounting combination based on the Customer. For this, I used the source "Transaction Default Receivable Account", which works perfectly when applied to the accounting method and used with most Accounting Classes like Invoice, Debit Memo, etc.

However, the rule does not work when the accounting class is Cash (for example, during a receipt). The Segment 4 is not being derived according to the rule.
