Oracle Cloud Free Tier Account Sign In Assistance

Summary:

I have signed up for the free tier cloud account and received the activation email, but whenever I try to sign in I receiver the invalid password or username alert even though all the credentials are right. I also tried resetting the password but I am not able to get the reset password email. I need assistance with this as the cloud console is very useful in helping with practicing what I am learning for the race to certification exams.
