Approval Delegation not working as expected

Hello Experts,

We have created a delegation rule for a manager, but it doesn’t seem to be working. When we tested by submitting an Absence transaction, the approval still went to the original manager instead of the delegated person. We’ve also confirmed that we’re using the correct category - GlobalAbsenceApproval- but the delegation rule still isn’t functioning as expected.

Do you have any idea what we might be missing or what else we should check to get this working?
