Compensation Plan: Defaulting values based on Selected Proposed Job

Hello,

We have a requirement to default 2 columns: Proposed Job Function and Proposed Job Family (attached to Proposed Job Code which Comp Manager selects)

So my question is can we default columns based on selected "Proposed Job". The defaulted values should be dynamic and change based on selected Proposed Job.
