When running the Address Validation flow in DRAFT mode for UNVERIFIED addresses in preparation for USOPTE, an address flagged error AE09 "The premise unit number is missing."

When we navigate in the UI to Contact Info and use the Address Search field, the LOV populates and allows us to pick the address without a unit number, even though options with a unit number are also available in the LOV. When running the Address Validation flow in DRAFT mode for UNVERIFIED addresses again, the newly entered version does not populate in the report. However, when running for verification status "person address records by object group" instead of "unverified", the newly entered address shows up with the same AE09 error code. No results come if running for verification status
