Talent review

Talent Review: This is related to Talent Review. The Scenario is We have created a Talent review meeting for a particular meeting date and add review participants and review population. We are notifying managers to prepare talent review and provide ratings and some time managers provide rating offline as well. Meeting is in Progress on the meeting date. We cannot close the meeting as HR facilitators keeps on adding people in review population even on meeting date or later as sometime managers provide offline rating on email and providing them rating.

The question here is that sometime beyond the meeting date(Meeting status is in Progress) ,HR adds some employees under review population , but cannot give the rating as meeting date is over. To give ratings, Now HR cannot put backdated meeting date and also they can either add current date as meeting or future date , till the meeting status is completed
