India Salary Strucure

Summary:

We are implementing Salary Basis for India Salary where the Annual Base Pay is entered by Comp admin / Manager , rest all componenet are either calculated automatically of entered by user, We have seen such configs available in our internal Payroll portal where we can choose the Phone allowances,LTA ,Child care .Is there any such flexibility available in Oracle where an employee can enter the LTA, Phone alloances and all together the Overall salary will be calculated.I am attaching the list of components : Component HRA ,LTA and Child education will be entered by user and rest all are
