Issue with Assigning Privileged Admin Access in Oracle Field Service (Production Instance)
Description:
We followed the instructions provided in the Oracle Field Service documentation to add a new user with administrative privileges. (

However, the user is receiving "Emergency Admin Access" instead of the intended "Privileged Admin Access." As a result, we are unable to perform project configurations in the production instance.
Confirmation Needed:
- Please confirm if the issue is related solely to Cloud Console user and role management, and not specific to Oracle Field Service configuration.
- We would like to know the necessary actions required in Cloud Console to assign the correct access level.
