How to delete old notifications when editing and resubmitting a requisition pending approval

Hi all

I want to delete the old notification after editing and submitting a requisition that is waiting for approval.

  1. Create Requisiton
  2. Submit for Approval
  3. Approval notification sent to Approver
  4. Withdraw and edit Requisition as a Preparer
  5. Once Again Submit the Requisition for Approval
  6. Approval Notification sent to Approver
  7. Two Approval notifications available for the approver to Approve.
  8. If you click on the approval notification No. 3, an error will occur.

Since approval can be obtained through notification No. 6, is it possible to delete notification No. 3 or prevent it from being displayed?

Do I need to create an ER according to the following document?
