How to export List of all attachments which we have added on document type Journey tasks

Dear Oracle Team,

I am trying to identify a method to extract or export all attachments added to the Document Type tasks within the Journeys configuration (available under Journey Templates → Tasks).
The goal is to retrieve a list of all attachments along with their details like Name of the Document and Date it was last uploaded, and to download them in bulk.
I have explored options using REST APIs, but could not find a direct way to extract these attachments. Please let me know if there is any possible approach such as through BIP reports, HCM Extracts, or any other configuration-based method to achieve this.
