Payables invoice not showing Legal entity based timezone

We have done the necessary setup for "Enable Legal Entity Time Zone" Profile option and updated the LE address with the required time zone. The same time zone has been linked at the Manage Locations setup as well.

While checking from backend for the AP invoice, the date/time-stamp only show the UTC/GMT time-stamp for creation date/last updated/accounting date. How can we be sure that the LE time-zone that we have configured is working as expected? Please help on where/how to check the LE based time-stamp at the Payables level.
