Privileges allowing line managers to create succession plan under My Team

Hello experts,

do you know the right privileges to allow line managers to create succession plans? I noticed that if I assign Succession Plan Management and Manage Succession Plans privileges the My Client Group tab appears but we do not want line managers creating succession plan there but only under My Team.

Which privileges are sufficient for this purpose?
