Alternative to using the mouse to scroll in Taleo 10 Recruiting?

I'm using Taleo 10, is there a way to use keyboard strokes (the arrow keys) to scroll up and down instead of mousing all the time?  Do you have other tips?  I know you can tab over from one field to another field to do data entry, e.g. while you are in a requisition (edit or create mode), but haven't found other ways to use keystrokes to scroll or to go from requisitions to candidates using the keyboard instead of the mouse.  Thanks!
