Personal Contribution Error Redwood

Hi,

Users are experiencing issues when trying to submit a personal contribution with a receipt. The system allows them to attach a document but when they're trying to submit it an error message appears. This is only happening since Redwood. Any ideas how to resolve this? Please see error message below. Thank you.
