Error - You can't update or void compensatory time entered on a timecard

Summary:

When an employee is terminated the system calculated incorrect compensatory time off (final disbursements are enabled)

When trying to void the final disbursements in Absences and Entitlements page, we get the below error:

"You can't update or void compensatory time entered on a timecard"

The old UI, allows to void but when we run payroll it still pays out the disbursement amount.
