Can we retrieve the per import record limit and file-size (MB) limit?

I have used the document http://knowledgeexchange.taleo.com/docs/DOC-1448 to
determine the daily import and export limits in our zones.   It works fine, I am grateful to Taleo for providing it to the community.

Is there a way to retrieve the per import record limit and file-size (MB) limit?  We have been exceeding these limits lately and I wondered if there was a way for us to verify the values through TCC in a similar fashion to the daily record limits.
