Workflow in Problem Report not approving the case

Problem Report Workflow V1 valid till 28-Sep-2025 -

Conclusion as the approval stage and then case is completed. Cases are created in this workflow

Problem Report Workflow V2 after 28-Sep-2025 -

Conclusion is an Open Status and Close Case is the approval Stage and then Case is completed.

Now we can't process and complete the Problem Reports which are in Old Workflow. Once they are moved to Conclusion stage they are stuck there. We have around 15 such problem repots. Is there any way we can manually complete those Problem Reports to completed. No other area is hampered but we just need to complete those problem reports.
