Client is having an issue using ADFDI for Journal Creation 'Import Journals: Child' goes to error

My client is trying to upload journal via spreadsheet. When clicks Submit the Journal Lines Row Status say "Row inserted successfully" but when she checked her Scheduled Processes, the Import Journals: Child goes to ERROR. When we check the log, we can see these:

We have tried on our end to submit from the same ADFDI file and we're successful. Our Roles and Accesses are the same. We asked her to clear cache, close all her other excel and even restart her PC but she still keeps on getting this issue.
