We have noticed that certain Inspection Plans in Oracle Quality Management Cloud are automatically moving to the Obsolete status even though no user has updated or versioned the plan manually.

There are no visible changes triggered through the UI, integration, or REST API at the time of the status change. We would like to understand:

• What system-driven triggers or dependencies can cause an active inspection plan to automatically become obsolete?
• Are there any known bugs or configuration dependencies
