Inquiry Regarding Automatic Deletion Settings for Inactive Users

We are currently conducting an internal review regarding personal data destruction (deletion).

As part of this process, we are checking user data and would like to confirm the following:

Is there any built-in Eloqua configuration or setting (not through API development) that allows us to automatically identify and delete users who have not logged in for over 90 days?

Custom Object program
