Sales Order Approval Based on Adjustment Type Override Discount Percentage

We have requirement to configure the sales order approval hierarchy based on price override percentage for example.

We have a unit selling price of 239. When we apply an adjustment using the Override (Amount) type and set the value to 200, the system calculates the discount as -39, which is 16.32%.

We would like to configure sales order approval based on this discount percentage (16.32%). Specifically:

  • If the discount is less than or equal to 5%, no approval should be required.
  • If the discount is greater than 5%, the order should go for approval to the Sales Manager.

Please advise on how we can set this up.
