Recieving 500 internal server error while invoking HCM extract via Mulesoft

Summary: Client team is developing a integration via Mulesoft platform, When they try to invoke the HCM extracts they get a 500internal server error. But when we invoke the HCM extract through same WSDL via Soap UI/Postman its working as expected. Have anyone faced similar issue?
