Compensation statement percentage doesnt match worksheet

Summary:

We have created our Compensation Worksheets for our merit process and we loaded 3 percent on everyone. We created our compensation statements and it is showing 2.98 for some employees. The amount of the increase was 19.94 to 20.54 if you take 19.94 x .03 you get .5982 which puts the increase at 20.5382. We changed the Round to Nearest 0.01 on Base Salary - New and Base Salary Change amount. I don't see merit increase percentage on the attributes document. Is there something else we can do to make sure the 3.00 shows on the statement?
