Redwood Recruiting Create Offer FTE not calculating

Summary:

i'm currently testing Redwood Create offer. The FTE no longer calculates based on the working hours. It used to do this in responsive. Is there some set up i'm missing for REdwood? does it require setting up in VBS?

i haven't tested other employment Redwood yet - so not sure if it's the same for others
