Can we create dependent question in descriptive flexfield?

Summary:

Hi All,

We have a requirement from customer that for example we have field1 and it has some List of values.

Once I will select one value from field1 based on the selection another field2 should show which should have all the list of employees' details.

Please suggest on how to achieve it. In questionnaire we can create dependent question but cannot show list of employees in one field.

We tried to do through descriptive flexfield but we did not get how to create dependent question

Please suggest on this
