Skills as learning outcome HDL load

Summary:

We are trying to load skills to learning items in our 25D Soak pod as per the release notes:

We are noticing that when the skills are loaded using the template provided in the document, write to person profile is getting enabled. Do we have an option to load the skills without getting them posted to person profile on learning item completion.
