Redwood Team Schedule - Switch team functionality

Summary:

In the Redwood Team Schedule page, I find the switch team functionality quite cumbersome, it doesnt switch my view when I go from one leader's schedule to another. Instead I have to return to my own team schedule first by clicking on my name, then choose the next leader I want to view.

Is it expected system behaviour or a bug?
