Defaulting User Person Type Based on Action

in Human Capital Management

We need to understand if the User Person Type can be defaulted based on the action. For example, if we process a "secondment" (distacco), can the User Person Type be automatically set to "Seconded"? The same logic should apply for other transactions as well.
