Document Type after Redwood
Our organization updated to Redwood this past August. Since then, a user can't access a certain Document Type. Steps to recreate issue:
- in My Client Groups, user goes to Document Records
- user clicks on an employee
- user clicks Add
- the Document Type appears in list, and user clicks it
- fields don't appear
Before the Redwood update, the fields did appear. But now, they don't. Nothing else was changed. Where should I check to fix this?
